“Summer Special Korean Cooking Class” Chogyeguksu & Geotjeori
Boknal refers to the three hottest days of the year in Korea, which fall during the summer. These days are known as Chobok, Jungbok, and Malbok, and they usually occur in July and August by the solar calendar, and change every year according to the lunar calendar.
Chogyeguksu is a refreshing Korean dish that is particularly popular during the hot summer months. This dish features cold noodles served in a tangy, chilled broth with shredded chicken.
Baechu Geotjeori is a type of kimchi made with napa cabbage, known for its fresh and crisp texture. Unlike traditional kimchi, which is fermented over a long period, geotjeori is enjoyed fresh and has a milder flavor.
