The Korean Cultural Center Library is open to all and is equipped with about 4,700 books in Korean, English, and Arabic, and also around 400 visual and auditory materials. 

Registration

You may sign up for a membership card at the library reception. 

    1. Fee: None

    2. Required Docuemnts:

- Membership Application Form (Availble at the reception)

- Offical photograph

- Copy of ID (Emirates ID or passport) 

    3. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

General Information

• ●Operating Hours: 

• ○Mon-Thu: 10:00-18:00 (10:00-15:00 during Ramadan)

• ○Fri: 10:00-14:00

• ○Closed on UAE and Korean Holidays (including 1st March, 1st May, 15th August, 3rd and 9th October)

• ●The library is open to the general public free of charge. 

• ●Eating, smoking, and drinking are probited in the library. 

• ●Magazines, dictionaries, audio-visual material, and other select items can only be used in the library. 

• ● You must bring your membership card to borrow materials. 

Borrowing Period

• ●You can loan 2 books per time, up to 14 days each. 

• ●Books can be returned and re-borrowed. 

• ●Borrowers must give notice via telephone(+971 2 491 7227)  or email(library.kccuae@gmail.com) to extend their loan period for up to 7 days.

Overdue Returns & Penalties

• ●If a book is overdue for return, the account will be suspended from rental for the number of overdue days. 

• ●If a book is overdue by one month, the membership will be suspended from rental for one year. 

• ●A fee of 100 AED may be charged for lost or damaged books.
