Korean Style Marshmallow & Kunafa Dessert Workshop (as a part of New Year Rice Cake House)
The Korean Cultural Center in the UAE is pleased to present a Korean popular dessert-making workshop in celebration of Seollal (Korean Lunar New Year) 2026. The workshop brings this trending dessert to Abu Dhabi, where participants can create it themselves. The Korean CulturL Center introduces this dessert under a new name "Abu Dhabi Chewy Cookie(Ah-jjong-ku). The dessert combines ingredients commonly used in the Arab region, such as Kunafa and Pistachio, with a uniquely Korean technie that incorporates marshmallows. Gaining widespread attention through social media, it has quickly become a viral dessert trend.

Traditional Candlestick DIY Workshop (1 Day)

The Korean Cultural Center in the UAE is pleased to announce the recruitment of Taekwondo trainees for the 2026 program. This course is a one-year intensive program, and participants must enroll from the beginning, as mid-year enrollment is not permitted. <Learning Korean Mask> Workshop
The Korean Cultural Center in the UAE is pleased to host a special workshop featuring Talchum. Korea's traditional masked dance inscribed on UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. This hands-on program includes a live Talchum demonstration, Mask-making, and learning basic Talchum movements. ‘Anti-Aging with K-Beauty’ Workshop
The Korean Cultural Center in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the UAE, and the Korea Cosmetic Industry Institute, is pleased to host the ‘Anti-Aging with K-Beauty’ workshop. As part of the ‘Medical Korea’ initiative, this event marks the first introduction of Korean-style anti-aging skincare customized for the UAE’s hot climate. Dr. Sung-Taek Kwon, former president of the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, will deliver a professional lecture on the science of aging, while world-renowned K-Beauty makeup artist JED (Shin Sun-Ae) will share the latest trends and demonstrate skincare routines using vegan products made with wild ginseng from Mt. Jiri.
