Kongguksu(Noodles in Cold Soybean Soup) is a traditional Korean summer dish, characterized by its cool and savory flavor from soybean broth and noodles. It is typically enjoyed during the hot summer months and is a high-protein, low-calorie food that is also good for health. Gamjajeon(Potato Pancake) is a traditional Korean dish made primarily from grated potatoes, resembling a pancake. It is characterized by a crispy exterior and a soft interior.
