The Korea Times invites professional and aspiring translators worldwide to participate in the 56th edition of its flagship Modern Korean Literature Translation Awards.

Eligibility
Open to translators of any nationality.
Source texts must be originally published in Korean on or after 1980.
Submitted translations must be unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere.
Previous first-place winners may not re-enter the same category.
Author permission is recommended but not required.

Submission Guidelines
Combine the English translation and the Korean original in one PDF.
Remove all personal identifiers from the PDF.
In the e-mail body, include your full name, phone number, e-mail, and mailing address.
Send the file to ktimes.translation@gmail.com
If scanning is impossible, one hard copy may be mailed instead.
