Korean Cultural Center is pleased to announce a special event to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of Korea's liberation in Al Ain. This event is designed to honor the historical significance of liberation and to offer visitors the opportunity to experience and enjoy various aspects of Korean culture. We warmly invite you to join this meaningful celebration.

     ▷ Workshop : Hanji Atelier (Traditional Korea Paper Art) / 4:30PM - 6:00PM

     ▷ Class : K-Beauty Class / 3:00PM - 4:30PM

     ▷ Exhibition : "History of the Korean Independence Movement as Seen through Photos and Written Records" / 2:00PM - 6:30PM

     ▷ (Performance) Traditional Korean Dance "Until That Day Comes"

           - The performance opens with a special stage, 'Until That Day Comes', honoring Korea's independence movement.

              Enjoy a variety of traditional Korean dances, Gayageum playing, vibrant K-Pop-inspired stages.


     ▷ (Workshop) Hanji Atelier (Korean Traditional Paper Art)

           - Time / Venue : September 20 (Sat) 4:30PM - 6:00PM ┃ Zayed Central Library Classroom 

           - Instructor : Seol, Mi Hwa

           - Create your own handcrafted coasters and fans using Hanji and express your creativity.

           - Capacity : Limited to 15 participants


      ▷ (Class) K-Beauty

           - Time / Venue : September 20 (Sat) 3:00PM - 4:30PM ┃ Zayed Central Library Classroom

           - Instructor : Oh, Yun Bin (Senior Instructor of LG)

           - Learn the secrets of "Empress Makeup", bleding traditional elegance with modern beauty trends.

           - Capacity : Limited to 30 participants


      ▷ (Exhibition) History of the Korean Independence Movement as Seen through Photos and Written Records

           - Time / Venue : September 20 (Sat) 2:00PM - 6:30AM ┃ Zayed Central Library Main Theatre Lobby

           - Supported by the Independence Hall of Korea

           - This exhibition features 16 rare histrocial photos and documents, including the Taegeukgi(Korean National Flag) signed by Kim Gu, exploring the struggles and triumphs of Korea's independence movement.
