I. Course List

Materials fee - 200 AED

◾ Sejong Korean 1A - Textbook: Sejong Korean 1A / Beginners in Korean

* Learning Hangul and basic Korean.

◾ Sejong Conversation 1-1 - Textbook: Practical Korean 1 (Unit. 1~7) /  Completion of Sejong Korean 1A (certificate required) or online level test 1A and above

* Learning practical Korean at the beginner 1A level.

◾ Sejong Conversation 1-2 - Textbook: Practical Korean 1 (Unit. 8~14) / Completion of Sejong Korean 1B (certificate required) or online level test 1B and above

* Learning practical Korean at the beginner 1B level.

◾ Sejong Conversation 2-1 - Textbook: Practical Korean 2 (Unit. 1~7) / Completion of Sejong Korean 2A (certificate required) or online level test 2A and above

* Practical Korean focusing on listening and speaking in everyday conversations.

Ⅱ. Enrollment

◾ Visit the KCC to pay the material fee and collect textbooks according to the instructions after receiving the confirmation email.

* Pay the material fee on the first day of class and collect textbooks at the library. (Your registration will be automatically canceled if you do not collect the textbooks in the first week of the semester.)

Ⅲ. Application

◾ Enrollment Period: June 17, 2025 (Tue) ~ June 29, 2025 (Sun)

* The application may close early depending on the number of applicants, and the results will be notified by email on June 30, 2025 (Mon).

◾ Material Fee Payment Period: June 30, 2025 (Mon) ~ July 4, 2025 (Fri) / 09:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM (Library)

◾ Course Period: July 7, 2025 (Mon) ~ August 31, 2025 (Sun) / Total of 8 weeks

* The course's end date may vary depending on the holidays in the country and the cultural center's closure schedule.

◾ Lecture time (weekdays)

◾ Venue: Classroom in Korean Cultural Center, Abu Dhabi (Yas Creative Hub)

◾ 14 years of age and above (non-Korean)

◾ A certificate for all the courses will be issued when certain conditions are met.

◾ A full refund is only possible within the first week of any class. You will not be eligible for any refund a week afterward. (The textbook should be returned)

◾ Switching a class after the application period is strictly prohibited.

◾ Low enrollment (less than five) or any urgent issue may cause course cancellation.
