As part of Souq Chuseok, the Korean Cultural Center in the UAE is delighted to host a special Korean Cuisine Workshop featuring Songpyeon (Half-Moon Rice Cake).

Songpyeon is a traditional Korean rice cake filled with sweet fillings and steamed over pine needles, prepared and enjoyed with family during Chuseok to celebrate the harvest season.

In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn about the cultural significance of Songpyeon and make their own colorful rice cakes to take home.
