■ About the Workshop : Abu Dhabi Chewy Cookie Making

This hands-on programs allows participants to make a popular Korean dessert known as the "Dubai Chewy Cookie", also widely referred to as "Du-jjong-ku". The workshop brings this trending dessert to Abu Dhabi, where participants can create it themselves. The Korean CulturL Center introduces this dessert under a new name "Abu Dhabi Chewy Cookie(Ah-jjong-ku). The dessert combines ingredients commonly used in the Arab region, such as Kunafa and Pistachio, with a uniquely Korean technie that incorporates marshmallows. Gaining widespread attention through social media, it has quickly become a viral dessert trend.
