The Korean Cultural Center in the UAE presents “SAC ON SCREEN: Youth & Family Summer Screening,” a special summer program introducing selected performance and exhibition screenings from Seoul Arts Center.

Through this program, children, youth, and families can enjoy Korean performing arts, theatre, magic, and visual arts on screen, along with creative hands-on activities connected to selected screenings.

The series will take place on Thursdays in July and August at the Korean Cultural Center in Yas Island.

Treasure Island

Screening: Treasure Island / 보물섬

Workshop: My Hangeul Treasure Map / 나의 한글 보물지도 만들기

After watching “Treasure Island,” children will create their own treasure map using Korean words, and treasure-themed decorations. Participants can take their completed map home as a souvenir.

Lee Eun-gyeol The Illusion

“Bongjangchwi” is a children’s theatre performance featuring witty storytelling about a phoenix from the late Joseon period, accompanied by lively Korean traditional music.

The Great Graffiti Exhibition

Screening: The Great Graffiti Exhibition / 위대한 낙서전

Workshop: Hangeul Graffiti Wall / 한글 그래피티 월

Participants will design Korean words in graffiti style and take part in creating a shared Hangeul graffiti wall at the Korean Cultural Center.
