Korean Cooking Class : Bibimbab & Bibim Guksu (26 April, Tuesday)

The Korean Cultural Center & aT(Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation) offer cooking classes taught by chef from Asia de Cuba where students learn how to cook authentic Korean dishes. The classes are hands on cooking experiences that focuses on understanding Korean ingredients, learning traditional and modern Korean recipes, and experiencing differences in regional and seasonal Korean food.

 

The classes are kept small, up to 12 students, and the modern, well equipped Korean Cultural Center aims to enhance better understanding of Korean food and Korean culture.

 

Class Structure

- Demonstration + Hands on cooking + Comprehensive Recipes + Eat what you cook + Experience of related processed food

 

Objectives

- To learn how to cook and prepare a number of Korean recipes

- To gain knowledge about Korean culture

 

When

-26 April (Tuesday) 2016, 3:40 PM to 6 PM. 

 

Where

- Suragan, 1F of Korean Cultural Center, Abu Dhabi

- Apron, tea towel, container, pen and paper (Materials and other use of equipment/tools provided.)


Note 

K-pop CD will be given to all attendee but as seats are limited, confirmation email will be sent to those selected for the class. As we are receiving registration for each classes, ones who didn't make will still have chance for next cooking class!
